Well, since you asked...my first impression was the vinyl didn't get stretched very well upon reupholstry. So I'd say yeah, too high.

plus he (the upholsterer) ran the fabric 2 different directions. I would have him repair them and then you will easily sell them at that price. Sorry,but thats just my opinion since you asked.

left to do:
add compu-fire
rubbers
couple misc nuts and bolts.
