As long as my car is in the air with the engine/tranny out I am replacing the rear rotors. Should I replace the bearings etc. How difficult is the job?
Thanks

Rear rotors a snap. Two bolts for the caliper, two screws for the rotor.
The bearings are a bitch without the correct tools to press them in. See the threads on the Bird Board and here about this subject - do a search.

Getting them in usually isn't a problem. Getting them out can be tough. I use an air hammer with a blunt bit and do short bursts against the seal in the rear (3:00 then 9:00, 6:00 then 12:00). They usually start sliding out whole... if not, then the fun begins, especially with the control arms on the car.
