I just noticed a pretty nasty leak in my engine compartment. The hoses don't seem to be all there, some are cracked, and there's at least one leaking. I'd like to replace them all.

Does anyone know what size/type/kind to get?

Please advise

7mm from the article by Dark Dave - approximately 5/16" if you're Americanized - high pressure fuel line only.

While you can buy 8mm (5/16) fuel hose, 7.5mm is correct and fits much more securely. Be sure you get real FI hose good to at least 60 psi. Good hose may seem expensive, but it's cheaper than repairing fire damage ............... Vacuum line is 3.2mm and 4.5mm (vac retard line). There is also some 12mm hose in the evap and AAR systems (as well as in the cyl head breathers and PCV if your car has them) and 9mm in the decel valve circuit, if so equipped. HTH, The Cap'n
