Can I bead blast then clear powdercoat? What is the correct way? Polish?
Just my opinion, I have seen polished Mahles and didnt like them at all. If you want to do them right. then bead blast them and powder coat them the factory color and be done with it. They look best that way to me. The pedrinis I have seen polished and think they look best that way.
or polish the veins...and paint the rest black
(like my clock scott - which is now done)
Bead blast them and anodize them again. The anodized coating is better than the clear powder IMHO.
Media blast (glass bead)......paint with Wurth's Silver and then a coat of Wuth's clear (if the stuff is still available)
I like them with the vanes polished and the insets body color....
anyone got pictures of powder coated mahles or pedrinis? black, body color, anything. i think it would look good, but would like to see them.
