I have always wondered why there isn't a small hole or port or something at the apex of the cable housing to allow for spraying lubricant into the housing and have it go down both sides via gravity? A nice lube job would make that cable last forever (sorry to cut into your sales). How does everyone lube their cables now? I use lubricant and a air hose and blast away from the front trunk end. Thanks.

I don't know about the hood release. Looks like 914 rubber has you squared away. I'm just stoked to see you on here. Are you coming to WCR this year? Be awesome to see you again. It's been a while
