1000 bucks is good deal for what you are getting in my opinion...have you priced rims in this size and weight range? Magnesuim rims are not cheap, new or used..........

a grand does not seem bad for 5 if they are nice, those 5 lug ones are too common.

Posted by: redshift Aug 9 2003, 05:32 PM

Yeah, they usually go 4 for like 12-15 hundred (sometimes with caps and such) what I am saying is there are almost 10 days to go..

I haven't seen a set of 5 in at least a couple years, and those seem cleaner.

I'll pay $1k if you guys split the difference.

I could get 4 16x7 Fuchs for that (with tires!)

It would be kinda of cool to have them on a six conversion or an original six. I had a set of five with centers. I sold mine for 1300. They were nice but so is $1300.

Great rim. Very rarely see them come up for sale. Especially in nice shape. Really look great on the car.
My preference over the fuchs.

When I did the shopping for mine, (~a year ago) the common prices were in the 150-200/wheel. 'Course that varied on condition. And I didn't see that many sets offered for sale either. A set of 5 in good shape for a grand seems about right.
