Here is the closeup. You can tell it's my boat cause the blue tarp is visible.
My bow leaked and it kept the boat dry from Nov-March.
The red dot in the parking lot above my arrow is my 356.

LOL!!! DD's house! You can even see the big tree (lower-left area of the red ellipse). That's the ~40-foot avocado tree that hangs over my garage and the neighbor's garage...
Hey, they took that pic when my CRX was 2nd in line parked across the street! Hmm...

I notice that at the actual Globexplorer.com site they have pictures that are rather more zoomed in - I could make out a car windshield in one. It costs to download them though ($25!!!).
Also, since my house didn't actually appear on the image they offered I tried to use the pan and re-center features and that appeared to cause an Internal Server Error every time. Anybody else more successful there?
Never did get it to show my house.
Richard
Found mine
damn, looks like they took the picture before I could mow the lawn, LOL
Attached image(s)
Before you could mow the lawn, this looks like we dont have any lawn!
Probably before we bought the house.. we did alot of remodeling, inside and out.

This was taken before we bought the house or you'd see my trailer on the side of the house and the storage building I built.

Dude, that's bitchen! I didn't know Mapquest had satellite pics now.
Here's where I hang out when I can escape from work -

nice pool!
They've had the pics for about 2 years now.
I usually use Yahoo maps, but I have seen the publicly available satellite pics before. The last one I saw of our neighborhood was at least 5 yrs old; the newer development down the street was just dirt & trees.
The scary thing is that these pics are nowhere near what our spook satellites can do. They can basically read the time off a person's watch, from orbit. Boeing recently put a $500 million spook bird up for the gub'mint. I just hope they're watching N. Korea, not me
That must be how they found my stash!!
Jeff
cool...here's where I lived for 25 years before moving to sf. that lake is over 150 ft deep, spring fed, no motors or lakefront building allowed!

Hey Jeff,

Lot's of space....got some room to store a trailer, LOL
My brother still lives out there! We devided the ranch when my dad died and sold part to him! He has about 11 acres but he is a d**k! Sorry no room unless you want to deal with him.........not recomended!
Jeff
His house!

I tryed it. Couldn't get it to zoom in. Would only give a overview. Guess were not in the data base or the satelites can't pick out my igloo from the rest of the snow.
This is my back yard.
