Wow there are some really nice lookin teeners in Japan. Who knew
Great pics. I'm gonna send it to my brother to for kicks, he does translation for a living..
Ferg.
I'm really impressed with the scratch built 914 models, the custom backpads and how similarities to the things we do.
Hey, for once the Japanese are copying us!
Geoff
NICE!
Looks like they are into their interiors! Several of the links show interior work being done.
Hrm...damn Geocities...click on the second blue sphere in the left frame (under the red spheres). The car is a red one and the interior is tan and black...or black an' tan if you like a good NW brew
Interesting, no right-hand drivers!
One guy (towards the end of the links) was building his very own Japanese Porsche Playhouse (garage workshop).
It is very neat how it mirrors everything we do.
Something also on one of the links that had a silver 916 with the 916 in the "text" above the image.
I wonder if that is one of the 916s that is in Japan?
Looked like some 914-6s in a wrecking yard?? One with flares. Also Garage Life is a website and I beleive print magazine that has some very interesting cars, owners and garages, located in Japan. Neat stuff.

Why are the turn signals interesting?
Standard and European... or am I missing something?
Karl, scroll to the right
I like the middle ones best.
Karls using his 14" screen again.......

I got a new computer over the weekend, cost me $100 and trade-in the old one.
17" widescreen notebook,3.0G P4, bluetooth, 80211b, 1394, etc..
I can see just about anything you post without scrolling!
Doh!
Actually, I have my favorites links on the left side which shifts everything over.
Looks like a home-made lens.
it says they took a camping trip to the junkyard and got drunk. it also seems like they bought the two 914-6's, as there were names claimed to them.
Seanery,
Where do you get your computer deals!!
-Rusty
Where Else!.......................JAPAN
Costco has a deal where you can return a computer within 6 months. I bought a notebook in April that was $1799, returned it on Friday, got all my money back and upgraded. Cost me an extra 100 bucks (plus the original!)
My brother is on computer #3 from them. See ya in 6 months
