Should I bring your rear Needle Bearing Kit in my carry-on luggage?
That ought to be fun explaining what the he// these big metal parts are for

I'm also bringing some front needle bearings as well for show-n-tell.

Just tell the xray screeners that the metal parts are for a timing device, that should make it interesting to say the least.

I have had no problems taking car parts on with my carry on luggage.
The last time I took my 35mm camera though, I xray screener wanted me to take the lenses all apart. Yeah right! Supervisor over here please!
