PET calls it "cover for oil sump" and "cover for oil temperature sender"

Not sure what Porsche calls it but if you tell them to look up oil temp sender they should see an exploded view of the immediate area. Tell them it's the plate that the sender mounts to.

Pelican Parts sells the rubber o-ring you're looking for. It's part # OEM-021101269A. They told me that the two copper washers are NLA, so I reused mine. The old o-ring didn't look bad, but a new one was only $ 5.88.

Regards,
Jim

I carry them and I have the copper crush washers that are NLA as well....

cover for telethermometer?

Do you need the rubber O-ring? part #50 in Aarons pic post.
or the paper piece that goes between the two plates. cut a paper one from a sheet of gasket paper available at NAPA or other FLAPS.

and that pic looks different than my set up wacko.gif I have a cover that goes over all that is depicted above.
