Right here in Riverslime, off of Magnolia Ave, near Madison Ave. I get one gated parking spot (second car goes on the street) and a big 14'x25' room with attached bath all to myself. Woot!

I move in on May 20th. Only $425/month (utils included). Not bad for Po-Dunk White-Trash Riversside eh?
