I dont think its a Supra, especially since they stopped making them and the pic you posted Trojanman is from the last Supra style.
Not sure its Japanese either. I might guess its a Hyundai Tiburon, but that's not likely.
You all are absolutely correct about it being a rice burner. It was a concept contender to the Supra. Its a Mazda Nukia-aaaaah! AAAAAAsssso!
did you ever get the correct answer? i swear the lines look just like that supra, but maybe with a body kit on it.
supra witha body kit... look at the window lines, side mirrors, and the little vent just in front of the rear tire. too many similarities to be anything else if you ask me
looks awfully like the last generation supra. The rear is too close and the front looks like it came of an Aston Martin DB8. Here's a side by side comparison:

I'm pretty sure that I've found the correct solution:
Ohno Naomi III 3000 GT - based on the Toyota Supra
your photos of the Supra made me search in this direction - seems to be correct
I'll let you know if it's it as soon as I know

I'm pretty sure that I know the one Paul posted - but currently it's out of my brain

This made us laugh too hard at work. Gonna get me busted!
Is it really right hand drive?
If I had to throw a guess out, I'd say it's a Essex Roadster or a Hudson Super Six 1929...

i don't think it's right hand drive. i think it's a single seater
maybe a cleveland......
I'm going to revise my guess to a hudson or essex for the Australia market

I saw a few of these at the The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Museum this past summer.
I think it might be a Duesenberg or a Cadi, can't remember?
Is it for sale?
Check out the museum in Auburn Indiana
You might have to call them for a correct answer.
if that doesn't work let me know, my friend Tim Durham has donated a wing full of these cars I'll ask him, it you really need to know, and can't find it.
The doors and hood (top not bonnet) and windscreen look like a Templar from the mid to late twenties. But the running boards and fenders do not... I'll keep looking
Correction... Templar was out of business in 1924. Still could be it but looking unlikely.
new info:
the brand existed only 24 years with its origin name
the car on the pictures is from 1924
Gustl
someone found the correct answer recently
it's an Moon Roadster 6-40
never heard about it
well, maybe the next time
