Where can we find the thread?
What kind of engine does it have?
It needs a V-8 if it doesn't have one.

Always loved that car, but with the slanted window, I wonder how short you have to be to drive it?

2 I saved from the original thread. I like the work but overall a bit too Lambo-esque for me. The interior was a bit...um......gaudy too

Well I must say it has a sleek but simple look.
If anyone comes up with the original thread it could inspire a new project for lots of us.
It's gotta have a V-8 just looking at the exhaust.

Found a related thread, but not the one with more info and pics. There is a link in the thread, but it doesn't seem to work.

Found the original thread. Strangely, it's on 914Club.com but not on 914World. I thought all threads were shared equally, but maybe B had all his deleted.
Anyway, here's the link to the Club thread.

Doesn't really fit in with the rest of the features. The shifter, center and upright tunnel are very graceful. The instrument pod is functional with nice detailing of the wire frame 'visor'. In contrast, the diamond plate door panel looks like an afterthought or something slapped on to fill the hole.
I'm trying to get more info on the car, especially the engine.

Yeah well you like those 'Dogs Playing Poker' paintings too.
The metal work is nice, but I have to ask, How much does it weigh? God I hope it is SS or rust abatement will be a life long quest.

I posted those 914 photos. I found them at http://www.dailysportscar.com/
The car took part in a 24 hour race in Brazil (I think) and dailysportscar.com had a photo gallery of the field. The race is open to all sorts of sportscars, from prototypes to GT's. I don't know anything more about the car.
