So is it the bearing that goes bad or is it the sleeve?

Plastic sleeve breaks apart or crumbles into pieces.

Plastic sleeve breaks apart or crumbles into pieces. Thanks, sounds like a good video for Ian to make... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

You can back date to early set up with early bearing and steel sleeve. Plug and play swap. That is what I did when I swapped the plastic 75 column to a 73 metal one.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Just watched Ian's brakes and bearings vid - I think he said he's on to steering column and wiring next . . . Whaddya say, Ian . . .are you going to back date to the metal column in your vid? Hopefully you change the upper and lower . . .ah, the burden of complete instruction, eh? Either way, we appreciate your videos! |
