So we went deep on this one. We even made the bases. Our kits will come in options
1- Basic (you will not be removing the arms from the base) - Includes the set of new arms left and right - New springs - with double loop like factory (there is a reason they did this) - securing hardware that will keep the arm aligned properly 2- Standard ( removing arms -adds the new arm pins) - Includes the set of new arms left and right - New springs - with double loop like factory (there is a reason they did this) - set new arm pins that you can install without special tools - securing hardware that will keep the arm aligned properly 3- Most complete kit (only missing the arms) - Includes the set of new arms left and right - New springs - with double loop like factory (there is a reason they did this) - set new arm pins that you can install without special tools - securing hardware that will keep the arm aligned properly - Both left and right bases We are working on complete latch assemblies, but we have other foundry work in front of it and it may be some time before we can complete these and sell as units, so we decided to offer as kits. I will have pricing figured out by end of the week. There are a lot of moving pieces on this one (pun intended) so I need to make sure I need to finalize my numbers I'm shooting a restoration video on how to do this today and tomorrow, so I'm not just selling you a pile of parts, I'll show you how to do it. So who's interested? Attached thumbnail(s) |

Are you offering early and late sets?
The housings in the picture are late. They are not interchangable The hooks and arms are the same early and late. @mikey914 |

Watching, not sure which kit I need yet. I haven't used the top in so long, I didn't know I had problems.

Ok
Day job keeping me busy. The kits are finished I just need to complete the video. The repair kits complete are of the late variety. I can do another run of bases and make them the early ones. From what I’ve seen the early ones are also chrome plated. The difference is the spacing on the upper section of the latch. We will be offering the roof bumpers for the late and early if there is enough demand for early on those too,. They should be ready around Oct. As far as the option #2 you can use this to rebuild your early latches. I have a set that I can cover differences on in the video and rebuild them too. I will have a few sets of completely rebuilt early and late for sale later as we have acquired a few extras for the purpose of developing these parts and I do not need all. So more info soon Let me know if you have any questions |

Actually the only difference is the bases. The 2nd option would allow you to use an existing base. We can make that version later, but have to get the 1st version launched 1st.
