I accidentally pulled the three wires loose from sending unit connector. Can someone please tell me where the black, green, and brown wire go on a 1971 914-4. A picure would be most helpful. Thanks!

Wires go out the back of the connector (towards the rear of the car).

Not to hijack a thread:
but.... I am removing my gas tank and I need to disconnect the fuel sending unit. Does this just pop off from top like it looks it should? Don't want to booger anything up by forcing it. Thanks. |
