that is Bill Newlin's old race car....former GGR TT car. Back then it had a highly stressed 4 banger in it. He used to rebuild the motor at least once per year... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
car is very light and was lightening fast even as a four banger. car did a 1:40 in 1998 as a four cylinder car, at Laguna Seca. I have been on the track with this car when it was still a 4 cylinder. I can imagine what it would do with the 3.6L Attached image(s) |

Eric,
It probably did with the 4 cylinder motor... this car was quick as a 4. not many 4 bangers that can spin those big slicks and he use to do it regularly back in the day. |
