The three wires that run behind the passenger in the engine compartment, Where do they go. I bought someone elses project and have never worked on Porsche. one looks black, one green and one white. They are in a rubber tube.

year modle, and enigne type (D jet, L-jet or carbs?) Icant think of any stock early model D-jet wire as you discribe. unless maybe one wire is the oil temp sendor wire, but that goes under the motor to the temp sendor. could also be wires assosciated with the fuel pump on an early car Late cars had pump under gas tank, early cars below battery under side of engine bay.
