Looking to buy some local sourced hood struts and replace the creaking tension springs that are falling down on me when I put gas in. Is there any DIY on how and where to mount them? Much appreciated all for the help. Not sure what car you are using for the struts that will fit or how to mount them. Going a little modern.

914 Rubber is taking orders on new springs for the front hood - looks like a good deal after reading the reviews on hood shocks. Good job Mark!
