so the engine is back in
the valve covers are fixed(no more leaks) and then we decided to change the battery terminal only the terminal not the wire i switched over all of the wired screw by screw and they all connect we only changed the terminal on the + side the i tightened it back on and its tight so is the ground i got in the car andturned the key to on but not start and i saw that i had power (oil light came on and little orange light and parking brake light) so the i turn it to off then turn to start it cranks once or twice (i dont exactly relelber) then dies and now it wont do anything earlier today i drove it before we started to screw with crap so whats going on? at this point im lost, again... -jim |

clean the connections at both the starter and the battery on the main cable.

didnt even do that!
just threw the pin thingie back in on the ground and started it up i dont know what was going on but it runs now any theres more power, i can feel it my friend agrees and he was only a passenger took off the ac compresser new plugs and made the valves .005 instead of .006(i was instructed to do this by britt) thanks for everyones help along the way to a full recovery -jim |
