I seem to remember the issue where your engine was locked. What caused that? Anyone?

hydrolocked....
car at an angle.... on tow dolly... filled cylinder with fuel.....drained bowls of carbueretors.. (they established that it never went into gear...) put it in a forward gear and rolled it backward a few strokes...... started right up (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

dunno....
not a TON of fuel in the bowl but you are right.. probably a good idea.... couple ounces in the bowl.... some got past the rings.... some stayed inthe cylinder... then went out the exhaust valve...... hmmm..... few ounces / 9 qts or so of oil - probably not a huge issue.... |
