so what usually happens with food at these things?
I know of a guy who caters BBQs. good ol pulled pork BBQ, chicken, sides, and whatnot. He prepares it on site. Usually does large parties/bbqs of about 200 people. sound good? I hear he is "reasonable" for pricing. and it is soooooo good (if you're not a vegetarian). As far as beverages... we have 2 excellent local breweries. So we can get some good local brew. Is this a big drinking crowd? or not-so-much? of course we'll have plenty of non-alcoholic beverages. |

BBQ catering sounds great! And yes this is DEFINITELY a drinking crowd. His 2, 1/4 kegs, were gone in the first hour or so. They were excellent and now is a great time to enlist him. |
