.... Pelican Parts.
I order something yesterday, I get an email shortly after with a conformation and a automatic link to the tracking page which, notifies me that I can expect my package today. Simple. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) |

QUOTE I like that the Bird shows online the current inventory levels of their parts. It's nice to know something is "in stock" before you order. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) PP has always been good to me. and helpful if I wasn't sure if I was ordering the right part. George, this wasn't a BASH AA thread, do you want to make it one? |

Speaking of treating the client right, if you are in the market to buy or sell a home, call the Realtor that is tops in the industry. My name is Michael and I happen to be..... Oh wait, we weren't supposed to turn this into a thread about ourselves?? My bad. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) |

I haven't done business with you in the past, but if I decide to buy a second home where it is warm in the winter, I know who to call. I could get a second 914 to go with it. Back on subject... Last time I did business with PP (10 years ago?) the customer service was great. =o) I just haven't needed to purchase parts from new parts suppliers lately, and the ones I did need I got from PMB. (now THERE is great customer service!!!) |
