- Mark your items "SOLD" once you sell them. Please do not ask to have ads removed. Ads will automatically hide themselves after 30 days. We also ask that you leave your pricing in the ads to help others determine fair market value for future sales.

OK... so I love my 36 Dellortos... but the "WHISTLING" is driving me CRAAAAZZZYYYYY!!!!!
CB Performance no longer makes the hard carb-to-manifold gaskets that plug up those holes in the carbs that allow air to make that horrible (subjective) sqweeel sound. If you happen to have a set ( I suspect the hard material would age well) lyimng around unused, please consider selling them to me for a fair price. My ears would appreciate it. Robert ps - I understand that I can epoxy-fill the holes. I would rather source the gaskets, if possible. Me and epoxy are not a good match. |

Thank you all for your info and suggestions. I will try plugging the "whistling" holes with RTV silicone this weekend.
