My -6 with 2.2 is getting high oil temp on longer trips or
autocross runs. While asking about this on 911 pelican, it was mentioned how heat exchangers and engine tin could allow hot air back into the fan. Mine are open, no flappers or paper hoses. Fan outlets are plugged but engine tin 2 large holes are open. What is the proper thing to do to keep the fan getting cold air? Plug all exchanger ends? I will cover the engine tin holes. Thanks |
