Hello all! So, after 2 weeks I got the car running and I'm having a blast with my first 914! As winter approaches, I'm looking to see if I can get some heat in the durn thing since the PO pretty much gutted most of the system. As a new 914 owner, I'm not even sure waht all exactly I need, but thus far, I know its heat exchangers, the tubes that connect them to the car, the fan motor, the flapper boxes and the handle in the interior. I'm sure I'm missing more, but feel free to enlighten me! If anyone has any of these parts (preferably cheap for a poor college student), please let me know. The car is a '73 1.7. Thanks so much! -George |

I have complete sets of heater parts. Give me a call to discuss.
951 536 7478 I have some SS heat exchangers and might have a cheaper of decent steel ones. If the heater handle is missing you probably need the wire that connects it to the flapper boxes. The heater parts are: J tubes S branches and clamps elbows Flappers boxes and barrel clamps. Hoses from the flappers to the body. Buy them new. I do not have them. Do you have the blower and tubes Bruce |
