Hello everybody,
does annyone knows how to disassamble the ignition switch of an 911 or 914/6? I have this: (IMG:http://www.michael-kost.de/forumbilder/zuendschloss.jpg) I want to separate the cylinder. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) On the top you can see a little hole, anny ideas for what it is? Thank you (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_flagge6.gif) |

I have one that is apart, but I did not take it apart. The pin that you pointed to has been drilled out and replaced by a threaded setscrew.
The small key is the style used on '68 and older 911s (and 356s) IIRC. |
