I MRT a fellow enthusiast, and I'm trying to get his 914 running. It has the FI which I'm not used to messing with.
It is getting fuel, m gonna check the points and such, but it hat after that? Its turning over but not firing. |

It's a 73, so I'm assuming that it's d-jet. After I checked that the fuel pump was functioning, fiddled with the distributor, and pulled a spark plug and put it back in it seemed to be running well, we took it around the block and let it idle for a while.
I am unfamiliar with working on fuel injected cars, I know the parts from my time at AA, but I'm used to carbs so I really don't know what I'm doing with this setup. |
