I'm not meaning to hijack this thread, but I am interested in putting in a two poster to replace my four post lift. My question is, that for those of you that have two post lifts, whose is the most popular and why? There are a number of manufacturers out there, but who has the best lift on the market? I'm in the market for one that is between 10,000 to 12,000 pound lifting capability. I'll be replacing a 10 year old Bend Pak four poster which has served me well.

I too believe that Rotary are the best. It's what you see in most commercial shops. But I've had a Bend Pak 10k asymmetrical 2 post for 10 years. I use it on my Porsche's and my F250 Powerstroke. And everything in between. On the F250 I don't use the asymmetrical design too much. Too much hanging on the back. Its more of a mental thing. I think the Powerstroke weighs than our cars. If you enjoy working on cars/trucks it will be the best money you've ever spent. |
