After reading lots of good advice on this forum, I've decided I should replace all the vacuum and vent hoses in my engine compartment. The car is a '73 1.7 with stock fuel injection. I want to get the correct hoses in the correct sizes, colors and finishes (want to keep it looking original).
What size & type hoses do I need to order? How many feet of each should I get? Is there any reason why I shouldn't order the hose kit from AutoAtlanta (I've heard a lot of negative comments about them, but not sure why)? Which is the best vendor to order from? Thanks! |

Here's the link on Pelican (same image on Bowlsby): Pelican 1.7 Hose Diagram
AA has it uses. The kit is probably not a great value, but it's also not a bad option if you're not sure how many or what exactly to buy and you want to replace everything (which is a good idea). |
