I got a set of 7 & 8s the other day that had a gold finish. That finish wasn't going to work for me. Since I'm outa work, I can't afford a pro to do them and since I have time on my hands, I gave it a shot. They could be better and now that I've done one set, another set would be easier.

I am glad someone brought this thread back as TC did a great low budget job and made those Fuchs of his look nice.
I have two 7 x 16's that I need to convert to the RSR Frosted finish and was thinking about this thread, hoping I could find it again. Just also happen to have the original set of 15 x 7's & 15 X 8's from my Weissach Edition 1980 911SC, love my 914's but I never should have sold that car as the prices two years later shot north.
