Hello,
To take the jack with me I bought these rubber straps w/hardware from 914Rubber. Today I find that there are no hook-up point in my trunk for this (must be wrong year). There is however a metal clamp (that seems to work), to hold the jack. In the Haynes manual it shows how the clamps hold the jack. But mine does not fit. Please see pictures and comment. Car is from 1972. Thanks everyone. |

You have the late style jack. You need the early style shown in the manual pictures
