We’re almost finished dialing in our newly restored 73 Delphi 2.0.
The bodyshop is super proud of the gaps on the drivers side headlght (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) What do you think? Attached image(s) |

pretty perfect for a 914! If the corner of the hood is down a bit as compared to the fender, you could unscrew the rubber bump stop a bit but I would NEVER complain about those gaps. What a GREAT color

Jett, that may be a tweak you can have them do if not level, & make sure that they match left to right too. I can't really tell if it's low from the top. The 914 headlights is one of the areas which they always mention in our Zone 8 Judges Schools & Concours Prep Schools, & in our Concours Prep documents as a "defect" to look for & fix, so the "Taildraggers" always have their sights set for us 914ers on that!
