Edit, Have ten more sets available.
I have seen many cars that deleted all of the heater parts and left the J tube holes in the tins open where the fan can suck hot air in. I made these to cover the holes and look better than a paint cap stuffed in the hole. I can supply them bare if you want to paint to a special tin color. Had them made from .047" mild steel. Bent the tuck tabs by hand. Each set consists of two plates , 6mm socket head screws. washers and nuts. Price is $27.50 per set shipped. PMs will be sent to those who replied to this thread.
