Ok. This might have been discussed previously... and if so, sorry for posting.
I have occasionally seen posts for 1973 1.8 Liter cars. When I look at production charts I never see 1.8 Liter listed for 1973 Model Year. Only 1.7 Liter. Was the 1.8 Liter available in the 1973 Model year? And if so, how many of them were produced? Was it just during the switchover from 1973 to 1974 model year where maybe they ran out of 1.7 Liter engines at the end of the 1973 model year? Thanks for your info. |

1974 model year. Production started in Nov of 73.
