Winter 2005 my 914 will go under the knife for phase one of my /6 conversion. The 5 lug suspension, so what style rims are you using. I like the looks of the boxster rims that jim912928 has on his car. I also like the 944 phone dials that groot has on his track car. I know there is also the 911 fuchs, what are you using? 15x7 and 15x8 Fuchs. They fit under the stock fenders (as long as they're the fenders that came stock on a GT) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)
I'm admittedly WAY stuck in the early 70's but I think it's hard to beat classic Fuchs. I agree with James and Demick, 6x16 would be the ones I would hunt down for a narrow bodied car. They're plentiful, cheap and you can get decent tires for them... Demick... 205/50 x15's didn't fit my car. They're all different and with a little hand pulling on the rear lip it may work (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif) |
