the gasket on the drivers side is leaking how much on a PITA is it really to fix?

the gasket I am speaking of .. from the exploded view in the haynes manual it appears to be the one that is between the trans and the cv .. basicly it is leaking fluid down the side of the trans right wher the CV bolts to the trans
