I am referring to the plug at the bottom of the intermediate plate that holds the stack of springs and balls for the shift forks.
I have noticed that a small droplet forms on it every day or so and I am thinking maybe a small bit of gasket sealer would do the trick. The tranny is NOT due for an oil change so..... Yes, but it will be slow... won't come pouring out but you'lll want to act pretty quick. It should have a copper sealing washer.. did you try just tightening it a little more? It shouldn't NEED sealant.
