Pierce Manifolds sells these Pipercross airfilter made in England or some cold, damp place like that (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
What other options do we have for air filters that would be used for dual throttle bodies? I'm guessing the filters would be approx. the same size as used on a Weber IDF downdraft carb.???? |

Better path... that was Jake and Len's thoughts when they saw it at the Runoffs. I'm not sure you could measure the difference, but it makes sense to me.
I ran the panel filters last year and used Tuperware for my air boxes. I simply pop riveted a slice a aluminum flashing into the mesh part of the engine lid for a rain cover. With the updated breadpan design and the reverse NACA ducts rain won't be an issue for the engine. |
