The '71 has engine turned aluminum sill guards. They extend from under the speaker housings to halfway along the door opening, from the top edge of the sill to the floor, and are held on with slot headed screws.
Anyone know if these were period accessories, or something more recently kluged together? |

Nope, mine look different. They extend twice as far aft. I guess I better get the digital camera figured out.
