hehe I finally did it! I have been expecting this moment for many years. My fan ate my rubber thingy. I noticed it was not seated well.. while I was back there tinkering around with the motor running. THOOOOOOOOP! Then I dropped an AAR bolt into the dark recess that is under there when a flashlight is the sun..
