I am working on a tach with a boost gauge in it for a customer with a turbo V8 car. This might be useful to the subie crowd as well. What tachs are you guys using? I know the subies are COP ignition, are you guys using a tach adapter or can you come off the ECU?
Yes, i searched Thanks Mark Attached image(s) |

Autometer tach is what I used. No adapter needed. There's a wire coming out of the ECU with the signal. I'm pretty sure its a 5 volt square wave signal.
