i voted to hang on to your money. you already have a great car. =)
$18k invested in a strong mutual fund (mine is performing (>25%), let's say conservatively 20%, will give you $21,600 next year. reinvested another year gives you $25,920. 3 years, re-invested, gives you $31,104 !!! 5 years is $44,789. 10 years = $111,451.32 A ONE TIME INVESTMENT. if you have no investments you should start now. they pay off BIG TIME later in life. i like to live like there's no tomorrow but hedge with a little investing for the future. of course Andy's 3.6 conversion is pretty damn sexy...
