As i'm busy stripping out my complete interior i came across some, non-OEM stuff
The previous owner has installed 2 speakers in the passenger foot well, just under the feet of the passenger. He made a construction of wood and expanding foam like used in construction. But underneath this all, there was a different kind of foam, which looked more or less the age of the car. I was wondering if there was something like this originally. Anyway, it's broken as the guy "made" room for the speakers. Any clues on how i should restore this foam? I was just wondering if i should replace it, or just take it completely out. (And if i take it completely out, will my brand new set of carpet still fit?) |
