Likely the strangest 914 I've seen in the wild: (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/dio159.diomedestorage.com-654-1274754444.1.JPG) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/dio265.diomedestorage.com-654-1274754445.2.jpg) Sorry I didn't get better pictures. Had skid plates, rally lights, etc. Anyone know who's it is? Rough, but interesting... -Steve |

Yikes, that is just wrong to do to a 914. On the bright side he does not have to worry about speed bumps!

Looks like Roy's baja. Seen it at the VeeDub store by Joe Sharps. Here's some pics I took couple of years ago... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Owner lives in Fountain Valley, not on this board. Real nice guy, really put a lot of thought into the car

A Baja 914 is on the bucket list. I'm thinking about the Baja 1000! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

I just got a great idea for mounting my oil cooler!
(I dig that car, looks like fun. +1 for using Fuchs with those huge tires.) |

One of my 90's era VW magazines detailed a 914 baja car. Very nice build. I will have to do some digging. Amazing what comes up when you type "914 baja pictures" into Google...
This one looks sweet, though. (not the best at uploading pictures) http://www.914-6-club.de/fotis/laugh/auchdasnoch_01.html |
