I just cleared all my cache and cookies from IE and just tried to get to the Pelican site and it doesnt go. Is it just my computer or is it down?

My link on my desktop was for my sign on with username, clearing the cookies and files made the shortcut not work. Its fine now once I signed in again. Had nothing to do with the computer, it was a user problem that this user figured out on his own. So hardy har har.
