That looks nice, and must have made for some quality hours. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Thanks! Gregorian Chants and a pack of American Spirits got me through it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
And thank you for your Parts Stash, has been very helpful on this build!

Beautiful November day, 77* and sunny. Bo dog and I put another30 miles or so on the 914. Looks like I can trust the rebuilt alternator for longer drives. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif)

It was HSR....I did sprint races but the "real" teams did the 24 hour...5 groups on track 90 minutes each in rotation through the night noon Saturday to noon Sunday... hats off to those guys.

Paradise Valley Veterans Day Car Show this AM. Fantastic eclectic collection of vehicles that had to be older than 1983. Kept looking at that Cutlass wondering why it had Toronado wheels- found out it was a Toronado prototype that somehow missed the crusher and survived. Obviously one of one...

Been working on our house since we got it last summer, finally got enough furniture inside that with some re-organization I was able to pull the 914 into the garage for the first time since moving.

Celebrated Veterans Day early with a nice drive:
Attached Image
The car has been with me on every duty assignment between 1972 and 1995 (except “remote” tours and when I was at sea).

Happy Veterans Day—all gave some and some gave all!

It was an exciting day for me as I finally got to bring my car home from the body shop where it has been for too long. I'm pleased with the results and anxious to get started on the reassembly. Attached Image Attached Image

Not a bad idea to keep a set of jumpers in the trunk. Is she reading 13 - 15v when running?
