This is true labor of love, and I think it will serve as a reference for a long time!
If there would be an award given each year to the best hell-hole longitudinal repair, this thread would get my vote! No matter what the turnout will be, between excellent and very excellent, no body repair shop would of done a better job not even the factory (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif) |

michelko,
I've been going through Mike Ginter's "Rustoration" thread and yours from start to finish. Trying to get a little inspiration to begin work on my car. Maybe I missed it but, towards the beginning of your project you bought "Engmans stiffening kit" and I see that you applied POR15 to the inside of your passenger compartment. Did you decide not to use the kit? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif) Just curious. |
