I did make the "hole" on the bottom larger and made the corners square to make it harder to collapse. The material is slightly harder durometer. These should be oriented with the widest side against the wind (as Eric has shown), and as it gets blown back the low pressure area that is behind the profile will help suck out water.

These are made for a 14mm hole, if that helps. not sure how much airflow is up that high, but they could at least gravity drain.
