Corbeau Forza Race Seat. $125.00 plus actual shipping costs. Good condition. No tears. It does not come with any mounts. It will not bolt up directly to the 914 sliders. You have to fab it up or buy Corbeau's adapters. Here is a link to an article on Pelican on how to do it. http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/9...at_install3.htm I bought the seat ten years ago, but it does not have much seat time. Only put it in the car, when I auto crossed it or raced it. Maybe 20-30k miles on it... I can bring it to G&R next Sunday if interested. Local pickup or G&R preferred to save on shipping costs.
My zip code is 92677 and the weight is 19 pounds. The dimensions are 34.5x20.5x21 without box. Use this information to help calculate shipping. Try ups.com for a quote. I will only charge actual shipping costs. I would rather not ship and bring it to G&R instead. Here is a link to more information on the seat. http://www.corbeau.com/products/fixed_back_seats/forza/ |

Very interested in this! Does it mount to the stock slide rail??? If so, bring it to G&R and i will gladly take it off your hands, as long as my skinny ass fits in it, haha.

I have one person before you interested in it. He is trying to figure out if the shipping costs are worth it. It does not come with any mounts. It will not connect up directly to the sliders. You have to fab it up or buy Corbeau's adapters. Here is a link to an article on Pelican on how to do it. http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/9...at_install3.htm |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif) After i saw how the corbeau seat mounts to the stock rails i had an idea of how i could mount the sparcos i have sitting in my garage to the stock rails. So i am going to try that before i buy more parts i may end up not needing (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif) |

question on fitment - so when this thing is in the 914, is it taller or lower than regular 914 seats? I'm 6'3" and cannot afford to lose any height or I bump my head -
Also - how is the leg room - does this sit closer or further to the pedals than stock seat? Finally - how big are you and can you describe how the seat's width works for you? thanks td |

Leg room is fine for me, but the seat does not go all the way back into the back pad. Otherwise legroom is the same. I wear 32x32 preshrunk jeans and the seat is snug. When I raced the car I would remove the seat pad, so my helmet wouldn't hit the roof. Previous owner made a special seat mount that bolted to the floor to gain an inch. The seat would still slide back and forth, but you lost the tilt function. I do not have this mount. |

Looks like a smokin' deal for someone....good luck with the sale. td |
